About Laurie Projects

Laurie Projects was built from the ground up by Matt, who’s been in the concrete industry for many years. After honing his craft through years of hands-on experience across both residential and commercial projects, he decided it was time to put that knowledge (and energy!) into building something of his own — and that’s how Laurie Projects was born. Matt’s known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine pride in delivering high-quality results.

Today, Matt is supported by a skilled and trusted team who share the same high standards. We’ve built a strong work culture within the business, where professionalism, reliability, and respect on site are a given. Whether we’re working at a family home or on a larger commercial site, our team works efficiently and takes pride in doing the job right, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Matt's better half, Samantha, works behind the scenes to keep everything organised and running seamlessly. Obie the Doberman occasionally joins Matt on site, mainly for the company and the pats.

As a family-run concrete business, Laurie Projects takes a hands-on approach to every job. This is our livelihood, and we treat every driveway, patio, path, and commercial pour as a reflection of our name and reputation.
